It has been a hugely enjoyable past several weeks supporting the talented team at PwC conduct a major global research study exploring ESG and reward beyond the boardroom. The report is a collaboration between PwC territories world-wide and the Leadership Institute at London Business School. It has been informed by a global survey of over 600 senior leaders, PwC’s annual investor survey, global CEO survey and interviews I led with a range of listed and private companies globally.
