The Investment Association have recently published their updated Principles of Remuneration for 2022 as well as a letter to Remuneration Committee Chairs setting out their expectations for the 2022 AGM season.

Key areas of focus include ESG Metrics in Executive Remuneration and the alignment of executive pensions with the wider workforce.
