The Investment Association’s Principles of Remuneration for 2020

I am delighted the major research study I recently worked on for the Purposeful Company (on simplified alternatives to the traditional LTIP) is already having significant influence in leading and shaping the debate on executive pay. The Investment Association (IA) have just highlighted the research in their updated Principles of Remuneration for 2020.  Following the Purposeful Company report, IA members commit to working with other stakeholders to look at the circumstances in which alternative remuneration structures may be more widely implemented in the UK market – a really encouraging outcome!
