FCA consultation on climate change disclosures

The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has recently announced proposals to improve climate-related financial disclosures by FTSE listed companies relating to governance, strategy, risk management and metrics and targets. This includes a requirement to describe how climate related performance metrics are incorporated into remuneration policies.
