· Almost 30 years’ global HR experience, and established expert in coaching, executive remuneration, strategic reward practices, performance and talent management.
· 15 years’ Board level experience as a Senior Vice President inside three FTSE 50 multinationals - InterContinental Hotels Group, Reckitt and Compass Group. Currently, Chair of the FTSE-100 Remuneration Group.
· Author of influential research reports on executive pay, ESG and reward beyond the boardroom, and ‘just transition’ on behalf of PwC and the Purposeful Company (TPC) - the study on Deferred Shares for TPC was highlighted in the Investment Association’s Principles of Remuneration for 2020.
· Broad business perspective in Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, Retail and the Third Sector.
